It has not been proposed to Capt.Taylour that any recovery should be made from his pension, as in adjusting his Colonial Allowance. Capt. Taylour was paid the sum of £2.4.6 owing to a misconception in this Office of the rate of the Admiralty Bonus which was to be refunded to him. The facts brought to light in Capt.Taylour's letter however shew that if 10% of his civil salary is to be recovered from him,
